Access Auscare Home Care Packages

To access Auscare’s Home Care Package easily, we’ve outlined the four steps you and/or your assisting family members, carers or loved ones should follow:

Contact My Aged Care online or on 1800 200 422 to discuss your need for services. This discussion will trigger an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) review.

After your ACAT assessment, you’ll receive a letter that indicates what level of care is recommended, where you are placed on the National Priority list, and approximately when your package will be assigned.

You’ll receive a confirmation letter when your package has been assigned. It contains a referral code that allows you to access services.

Call Auscare Community to assist in activating your home care package. Our friendly team will ensure you receive expert advice and the best level of support.
