Every Home Care Package, including those being self-managed will require some level of care management. This includes advocate for your choices and preferences and always act in accordance with your best interest, understanding your needs and preferences and ensure services are tailored, flexible and personalised.
Package Management means the ongoing responsibilities to manage a Home Care Package. This includes preparing monthly statements, managing package funds, clinical governance, meeting compliance and quality assurance standards.
