Are you eligible for the NDIS?

If you answer YES to the following questions, you may be eligible to receive support from the NDIS:
  • Are you under 65 years of age?
  • Are you an Australian Citizen or hold a permanent visa or Protected Special Category Visa?
  • Do you live in an NDIS area?
  • Do you have a permanent and significant disability that affects your ability to do everyday tasks?

How to access NDIS

If you have visited the NDIS website to find out if you are eligible and can access the scheme but still confused, we at Auscare are happy to help.
Below is a four step process we provide to guide anyone with questions on how to access NDIS:

We can assist you with any questions and put you in contact with NDIS to assess your eligibility. Auscare can also help explain how your NDIS funds are managed. Contact our NDIS support officers today.

If you are eligible, you will attend a planning meeting with a representative from NDIS, who will also contact you to arrange the meeting.

When your plan is ready, we at Auscare engage with you to match your plan to the services and supports you require to achieve independence, improved wellbeing and community involvement.

We monitor your services regularly and conduct a review in 12 months to ensure that your needs and goals are being achieved and that you are happy with the support you are receiving.
